Studio Main
DESCRIPTION: Studio Main is the state-of-the-art sound processing facility
for the Dancz Center for New Music. Equipped with a Digidesign HD2 system, it
is capable of handling the most demanding needs of the Dancz Center or the Hugh
Hodgson School of Music. In the Fall of 2005 it was equipped with a Digidesign
D-Command control surface; the first of its kind to be placed in an educational
institution in Georgia. With the assistance of a Learning Technology Grant,
the studio also houses a developing DVD station with a second Apple computer
and storage dedicated to archiving student recitals. Studio Main is scheduled
